President-elect Donald J. Trump will be sentenced on January 10, but there will be no jail time, not that was ever a concern. The laws and statutes got so contorted that even CNN’s Elie Honig, the network's chief legal analyst and former assistant US attorney, couldn’t defend it, aptly calling it a total disaster of a case. In essence, Trump only got convicted because Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his team perverted the rule of law.

He presided over the Constitutional Convention; his signature is first on that document as President and Delegate from Virginia.

Several of the signers also served as officers in the Continental Army. Washington stands out as The General, el jefe, the Big Kahuna, the HMFIC ... and later the Greatest President Ever.

Send an aide to the sentencing hearing with a note: Dear Juan sorry to miss your little dog and pony show but am busy forming a new government at the people’s request. Hope to see you soon. Your friend, Don. PS - I’ve saved you a seat at the Inauguration and a place to stay afterwards.
