The email from our former flight instructor in CA also wrote this:
“”Last November, similar accident where aircraft lost engine power or had engine failure and crashed after takeoff at Fullerton Airport.””
Probably had engine trouble and tried to turn around to land instead of streaght ahead. Stalled and fell off on the wing. Common error.
