Steve Bannon shared a powerful testimony about how this book transformed the life of a former inmate, highlighting the life-changing impact of faith and the work of Seventh-day Adventists in prisons.

>>>I grew up in Takoma Park, former world HQ, three blocks from CUC, Washington Sanitarium, etc. Pretty much all of our neighbors were SDA. Ours was the only house full of heathen Catholic kids.>>>
I tend to agree with what Ellen White said about people of the Roman Catholic faith. She wrote that there are more of God’s true people in your faith than in any other Christian denomination. Some of the most committed sincere faithful Christians are Roman Catholics.
You see, God judges not by the light we have been given.....but by what we do with the light that has been given us. There will be many Seventh day Adventists who will be lost in the judgement and many Roman Catholics who will keep their first Sabbath in heaven.
We are not saved by a denomination or organization or church hierarchy or system ......we are saved by a person. His name is Jesus Christ.
That is what Seventh day Adventists believe. At least the ones I know .....protestants who study scripture more than any body of Christians I know of. That’s why we observe the Sabbath. We do not observe the Sabbath to be saved. We observe God’s commandments because we ARE saved. And when is Christian is saved by grace, the law becomes a delight. And the Sabbath day will become the best day of the week! That is why Jesus said it was, in his exact words......”made for man”..and nobody can change what he has hallowed and sanctified.
Happy New year and God bless!
Thank you, and Happy New Year and Good Bless you as well.
I hate typos.... God Bless you.

Well; if one actually READS to bible to find out...
These are the only places that the word antichrist is mentioned in the Bible.1 John 2:18
Dear children, this is the last hour; and as you have heard that the antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have come. This is how we know it is the last hour.
1 John 2:22
Who is the liar? It is whoever denies that Jesus is the Christ. Such a person is the antichrist — denying the Father and the Son.
1 John 4:3
...but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist , which you have heard is coming and even now is already in the world.
2 John 1:7
I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.
adjective
(of language) used in ordinary or familiar conversation; not formal or literary:
That’s an overly generous description
Well, most Bible scholars would agree the “man of sin” also called “man of lawlessnes” in 2 Thessalonians 2, is in fact the Anti Christ. Anti Christ is any power that seeks to place itself in place of Christ, rather than opposed to him, althought he effect is the same.
We read about counterfeit in Daniel’s prophecies, we are even given dates of this power’s rule. A religious power....1260 years, day for year principle in prophecy. 42 months, 3 and a half years..all are stated in prophecy, all add up to 1260 years.
Pagan Rome to Papal Rome starts in 538 AD and ends in 1798 AD. Exactly 1260 years! The pope was taken captive in 1798. Her fatal wound. But like Jesus who suffered a fatal wound after 3.5 years of his ministry, her wound heals.
There is even a man in the Bible who is symbolic of Anti Christ and what Anti Christ does. in 3 John we read about a man IN THE CHURCH who’s name is Diotrephes.
This man exihibits all the characteristics of Anti Christ and the papacy.
He loves to be first, he does not welcome the pure church, He spreads malicious nonsense about us, the true believers, and he persecutes people in the church, “putting them out”.
So John is also writing about this man who wants to be first and persecutes the church. The Papacy did that for 1260 years and she is going to do it again, as her fatal wound has also healed.
3 John verse 9 and 10. (Remember the Papacy hates the Sabbath because she is Satan’s vicegerant on earth, her agency and this religious system will have her day of reckoning for her sins.read Foxes book of martyrs..if you have the stomach for it)
Quote from 3 John:
9 I wrote to the church, but Diotrephes, who loves to be first, will not welcome us. 10 So when I come, I will call attention to what he is doing, spreading malicious nonsense about us. Not satisfied with that, he even refuses to welcome other believers. He also stops those who want to do so and puts them out of the church.
Based on this definition, the Seventh Day Adventist Church could be considered a cult. While they call themselves Christian (and probably many who attend Adventist churches are, in fact, believers in Jesus Christ), the organization itself professes unbiblical and harmful doctrines and beliefs outside the mainstream of orthodox Christianity.
Their movement originated in 1836 with William Miller (1782-1849), a false prophet who claimed to know that the second coming of Christ would happen in 1843. When this prediction proved false, many left the movement in a period called “The Great Disappointment.” Given this man’s obvious fraud, we might assume his followers would abandon him quickly since he failed the basic biblical test for the office of prophet.
Secondly, the Bible says that the repentance that leads to salvation is a gift from God, not a work of man. As we read in several places, including:
Acts 11:17 “Therefore if God gave to them the same gift as He gave to us also after believing in the Lord Jesus Christ, who was I that I could stand in God’s way?”
Acts 11:18 When they heard this, they quieted down and glorified God, saying, “Well then, God has granted to the Gentiles also the repentance that leads to life.”
2Cor. 7:9 I now rejoice, not that you were made sorrowful, but that you were made sorrowful to the point of repentance; for you were made sorrowful according to the will of God, so that you might not suffer loss in anything through us.
2Cor. 7:10 For the sorrow that is according to the will of God produces a repentance without regret, leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.
The work of bringing repentance unto salvation is one “granted” us by “the will of God,” scripture teaches. Therefore, it is nonsensical to suggest Jesus is tarrying while He “inspects” hearts on earth to learn who has sufficiently repented. Jesus doesn’t need to undertake such an inspection since Jesus Himself is the Author and Perfector of our faith, including granting us repentance as He chooses.
The Seventh-Day Adventist teachings concerning living under the Law of Moses are an attempt to reinstitute (selectively) a lifestyle of law-keeping as part of their works-based Gospel, despite the Bible’s clear teaching that the New Testament believer is not bound to keep the Law of Moses.
In summary, the church’s fraudulent beginnings, false doctrines, legalistic requirements and restrictive governing practices lead to the conclusion that the Adventist religion is not orthodox Christianity. It operates as a cult-like organization founded on the teaching of false prophets and holds to views contrary to the plain teaching of scripture.
Though the Seventh-Day Adventist church may count many true Christians among its ranks, those believers have been deceived and are being mistaught concerning the Bible, salvation, eternity and the Christian life. Therefore, we strongly recommend any believer caught up in Adventism to flee this false church and seek for true Christian fellowship elsewhere, preferably in a church that holds to orthodox, biblical truth.
Finally, it’s no coincidence that Adventism was founded at about the same time in history and in the same place as three other false churches with similar distorted teaching: Mormonism, Christian Science, and Jehovah’s Witnesses. This pattern suggests that Satan was at work at one time to establish these false churches in an effort to confuse and mislead new believers during the Great Awakening period of North American Christianity. Together, these four false religions continue to deceive many today.

>>>The Seventh-Day Adventist teachings concerning living under the Law of Moses>>>>
Let’s start here with your quote. Are the 10 commandments the law of Moses? And was Moses around when the Sabbath was “made for man?” (in Genesis)
Please answer.
Believe whatever you like, your obviously choose to do that anyway considering the cult you claim to be a part of. But God clearly tells people who are redeemed unto God by the Blood of Christ no longer live under the yoke of the Law, they live under the liberty of Grace. You can certainly choose to go back to the Law, but when you do that you throw the Grace of God in and through Jesus Christ out the window. People must choose whether they want to be justified by the Law or by Grace. Galatians states that “You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace”.
Well, in doing so, they have to ignore a lot of what I posted:
1 John 2:18
You make Phil cry...
I think you are confused on the Bible context of “Anti Christ” as it relates to a prophecy, with dates, events, etc....and an individual anti Christ which can be anyone who denies Christ etc.
Clearly, ,there is a so called “man of sin”...a religious superpower, an imposter, a counterfeit religious system identified in scripture, she is called “babylon” and God says to “come out of HER” my people. lest you share in her plagues that he is going to rain down on her. Jesus referred to this system, spoken by daniel, the abomination of desolation.....who stands in a holy place...proclaiming himself to be God. A religious system identified in Daniel as one who speaks great blasphemey, who for 1260 years, persecuted the saints, who claims to be God on earth..who can absolve sins......even attempt to “change times and law”.thats the Sabbath to Sunday...Daniel 7:25.
I think you confused on the context of Anti Christ in prophecy..vs. anti Christ as individuals...ie atheists, etc.
>>Galatians states that “You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace”.>>>
So you don’t believe Sunday is the Lord’s day either? If so, how is keeping Sunday any different than keeping the Sabbath? We would just have a disagreement on which day is the Lord’s day. Wouldn’t I be able to say, you are keeping Sunday because you believe the law justifies you?
See.....no difference. I think you are in a real pickle here.
Please answer.
It is all semantics. Any individual believer is to live by the Spirit, under the direction of the Holy Spirit as it were. As long as that leading or belief aligns with what God says in the Bible, then they ought do it...realizing that though that other believers may not be led the same way. Your cult belief system though takes this one step past Grace into legalism, depending upon works, like living the Law, to supposedly maintain or enhance ones salvation. Grace is God giving the believe what he does not even begin to deserve and what he can never begin to earn or maintain. 7th dayers or no different than JW’s, enslaving themselves to a false belief system of covert works and then believing themselves to be part of the “real” salvation club. Like I said, believe what ever you like and justify your legalism however you want to, it is still just another cult that believers in Christ should avoid.
So you cannot answer my question. I get it......you have no Bible answer. You are so discombobulated, you embarrass yourself.
Let me help you and some advice.
Jesus said the Sabbath was made FOR Man. Does that sound like some kind of burden? Only the human mind like yours can take a commandment of grace and rest, and turn it into a commandment of burden and bondage.
Of course it is a burden if you’d rather be shopping and going to the game, or making money or doing all those things God never intended for his holy day.
I doubt you even know what the word “Sanctify” means. It means set apart for holy use. That is what God did at creation, before there was a Jew on earth. He created the world in six literal days and then he rested and blessed and hallowed the seventh day. Not the first, or the 2nd or any other day.
He only hallowed the 7th and he did it for us. And God calls the seventh day Sabbath MY HOLY DAY. I could write another few pages on why the seventh day sabbath is still in force, still around, and still good for us. But you could care less. All you do is link some internet site with no thinking of your own.
YOu haven’t worked it out.
Finally, Jesus said the Sabbath day was MADE. It’s a creation. And it’s holy. You can’t unmake what he made and you can’t declare it’s now unholy. If you ever took the time to actually study the Sabbath, youd see how much time Jesus spent to show it’s true meaning. He didn’t do that with any other commandment. One third of his miracles took place on the Sabbath day because the Sabbath day is a day for healing in a world gone mad.
And lastly....never tell anyone again, that you believe in the 10 commandments. Because you will just be lying to them, to yourself and to God.
Don’t tamper with God’s holy things.....don’t tamper with the Sabbath day.
You are in a cult, and your mind appears to work exactly like other cult members do, focused on something that is ultimately immaterial. Unable to see the forest for the trees as it were. I hope you ultimately find your way.
The SDAs would never dream about inventing some cockeyed mythology about Catholics and the Catholic Church, based on the bizarre nonsense put forward by their alleged "prophetess". No, they always go to Catholic sources to learn about Catholicism.
No, I think not. Matthew 7:2 applies.
