I always hated liver and onions every time my parents made me ‘try it’. That being said I like liverwurst. Liver isn’t the only ingredient.

I hated liver, too, but I now know that my mother overcooked it. It is actually good when cooked properly.
My Grandfather ate wurst on crackers.
I could not even stand the smell when i was a kid and its is not a meat spread I seek out.
