Denver to Las Vegas is around 750 miles. We drove many times. About 12 hours on the short route thru the mountains. Southern route down thru four corners and New Mexico was a few hours longer.

it seems to be a shorter trip across the rockies from denver to LV, but not many charging stations.
so it seems there had to be a lot of planning just to get an EV from denver to LV via the southern route used
