additional DEW tidbits:
in many of the fires, LEOs go door to door before the fire starts, knocking on doors and evacuating people. Very convenient to have no one there to witness the DEW action.
The burned cars often have someone in them burned to a crisp along with the entire car interior. What kind of fire burns like that? Why would someone in a burning car sit there in the driver’s seat and not try to escape? That would happen if the car was instantaneously incinerated.
