The person who knows the most about this is Charles Ortel, who, unfortunately, recently moved out of the country.
I've heard quite a bit over the years from Ortel. I'm pretty sure he is the one who has all the goods on the Clinton Foundation - 100s of billions of $. If anyone could connect all the dots, it would be him.
