Are accidents of birth attributable in every case to God? MS? Rett Syndrome? CP? What if the immediate cause is prenatal exposure to some man made toxin or poison? The mother took cocaine or drank, or took the Morning after pill?

If a person...a girl.... absorbs her fraternal twin brother in the womb and has two sets of sexual organs I would say she gets to choose. Else you stay your gender even if you were a boy who through no choice of your own was "nursed" with phyto-estrogen containing soy based baby formula.
