What’s in the red circle?
Looked for the story. He has clothespins on the back of the jacket. Apparently, it’s to make sure he doesn’t look less than buff. I know that trick is sometimes used on models for photo shoots.
A spokesman said it had to be done to keep his jacket from flapping in the breeze.
I have seen the name, but I know nothing about him. But it’s ABC News so I choose to believe the less charitable explanation.
