One of my nieces DID end up with RSV...she ended up in the hospital. It was a blessing in disguise because it had caused her to have a mild heart attack.

She ended up having three stents put in... she is still coughing but doing much better.

The others were tested I believe for strep but didn't have it.

I would strongly suggest you be tested for Strep and or RSV as in my niece's case it can cause other problems.

Sheesh, I had no idea. I know Strep can lead to rheumatic fever.
I didn’t know RSV can do you in like that.

Glad I happened on this thread so I can pay better attention to what is happening to me! HA!
