In all seriousness, I think FR is better than it used to be many years ago. I remember tripping into quite a few scrapes that got heated and personal back in the day.
I have noticed that there are a few people who would rather insult you than debate you, but if you ignore their insults and don't feed their troll side by attacking them back, they usually go away (which means they knew they couldn't debate in the first place), but they are rare, and they tend to stick to a few of their favorite pet topics.
