Where did I or the article say “mosquitos travel to the liver?”

Are you saying Nature is not a reliable source?

Here is the context of your quote:

It's obvious from the context that the OP misquoted the Nature article and attributed the migration to the mosquito and not the bioengineered parasites carried by the mosquito.
