Arizona law effectively puts no restrictions on abortion. As long as the fetus is judged to be “non viable” based on the “good faith” opinion of the “health care provider” of undefined credentials, the baby is fair game for abortion regardless of the weeks of gestation.

Even if the baby is deemed to be viable, it still may be aborted if, in opinion of the “health care provider” of undefined credentials, the baby may jeopardize the “mental health” of the mother- presumably even after birth.

To this day my kids often drive me crazy - does that mean I get to perform a very late term abortion?
