It says the former Florida congressman, who was at one point Donald Trump's nominee to lead the US justice department, violated multiple state laws
Gaetz denies wrongdoing and says "the people investigating me hated me"
The justice department also investigated the claim involving sex with a minor, but did not file any criminal charges against him
Gaetz resigned from Congress in November after Trump nominated him for attorney general, but he withdrew from consideration after backlash from both Democrats and Republicans

Out of all of the bad actors in DC, why are the Republican deep state insiders targeting Gaetz with this type of retribution?

Whenever you see discrepancies like this. There is always an actual reason if you look hard enough.
It’s not simply Republican/Democrat. If so, the Republicans would have been screaming at the time about Frank and they would not be doing to Gaetz what they are currently doing to him.
It’s something much less obvious.
He was on the Benny Johnson podcast a few months ago and made some pretty eyebrow raising claims about a foreign country.
Release all ethic reports, not just your political target. A republican ought to release a dirty democrat one to stop this from happening again.

Those who penned that report can say virtually anything they choose to say. The question to be answered however is whether what they say is truthful or just a pack of lives.
