The death sentences should be carried out immediately if there is no doubt. We shouldn’t be paying housing and feeding these animals.

Why do I have the feeling that this is connected to Biden’s upcoming trip to the Vatican in January? It will be his last as President.

I used to be conflicted on the death penalty, until I was on a flight to Huntsville and sat next to an attorney who worked for the Alabama Attorney General.

It was her job to follow capital crime cases start to finish. And explained the horrific nature of these crimes that aren't normally disclosed to the general public.

She converted me.

Biden trying to keep them out of hell for a while longer so it’s not so crowded for him.

Makes you wonder why Deep State bigfooted the Brian Thompson/Luigi Mangione case, doesn’t it...

And if it doesn’t, it bloody well should.

I’m for the death penalty in principle. I’m against it in practice, meaning, I don’t trust our leftist government to do a lot of correct things, and sometimes sentence innocent people to death. There have been too many occasions where those in prison have been let free due to DNA evidence showing up later or some other situation proving that the person they have imprisoned for many years is indeed innocent of the crime of which they are accused. Therefore, I have no confidence that all those on death row are truly guilty.

However, I believe if they are guilty, they SHOULD be put to death. I just don’t trust our system to get it right all of the time. Maybe in the future?

At first I thought they were being released from prison all together! Thank goodness they’re at least still in jail.

Just remember that Biden isn’t really doing this. He has clearly been a sock puppet for his entire stay in the WH.

This is why we need a star chamber. At the least a federal employee working for the DoJ named Dexter.

IIRC-—it costs at LEAST $100,000 a year to keep a death row inmate incarcerated.

This is precisely why we need an effective death penalty. Sentences should be carried out within a few years at most.
