At the end of the day it’s all he said she said. Black definitely has the best lawyers money can buy. They are going to destroy Baldoni regardless of what actually happened. That Baldoni (& Lively / Reynolds) hired or already had PR firms to help them is hardly surprising.
If I was Baldoni and lively took over my movie and iced me out I would for sure have lined up PR firms to make sure I didn’t get destroyed too. People don’t think about just how destructive even an unproven “me too” allegation could be.
IF there are similar prior allegations against Baldoni I’ll totally change my mind. At the time of the release of the movie, there were none and that was mentioned multiple times in analyzing lively’s behaviour.
