I am a Celtics fan, and have been for my entire life.

The crew playing for them now is perhaps the best “team” they have had in 40 years. There isn’t a lot of drama. They certainly have adopted the Red Auerbach ethos of winning over individual performance. They seem to be having “fun” which is not something you see a lot of. They also seem to like each other.

And their coach (Mazzula) is kind of an odd ball. Which is fun.

The drama on and off the court for the league in whole is tedious.

But I understand how people are tired of it all. Lots of money and not a lot of “joy.” And the black culture part of it is not something I can relate to a lot.

I haven’t seen anyone “kneel” in the league for a couple of years.

They're a great team. They won a championship. But a big part of the problem is that the NBA is a "solved game".

So what you do is that you have all shooters make their 3's. You are not going to do a different strategy such as making mid-range jumpers. That is terribly inefficient because you will only get 2 points from those shots.

Even Nikola Jokić is making 3 point shots.

It's a bad experience if you're a fan watching the game.
