If the two twins at four months old were born to a naturalized citizen father on US soil they are not only US citizens they would also be natural born citizens as much as Trump is he was born to a naturalized immigrant mother on US soil. So the question is does the father hold valid US citizenship and if so then those kids at birth regardless of the 14th in USC code they are US citizens at birth, NBCs at that.

Seems like the INS let the mother have custody of them they would be free to come back at anytime to live with dad. They legally can’t be directed to leave he should sue for custody. His undocumented spouse is the issue. The left out part is she took them they didn’t force the US citizen twins to leave.

They can't be deported but they can damn sure leave the US if the parent has won custody and gotten a international child custody order to remove the child from the US. And if conservatives were smart, we would be immediately crowd-funding the equivalent of the Alliance Defending Freedom focused solely on DEPORT!
