COVID-19 vaccines for children never made any sense. Which is why many sane countries in Europe never offered or recommended them to children at all. Some even specifically banned them from use for most under the age of 30.
Presumably since "The Science™" is an immutable state of inarguable consensus among every expert, medical doctor and public health professional on earth, that same standard would be applied in the United States as well. Right?
Of course not.
The Science in the United States was different than The Science in Europe, because there is no such thing as "The Science," just a series of evaluations made by individuals with different backgrounds, priorities, political goals, and ideologies. As such, we not only encouraged and recommended COVID vaccines for children, in certain jurisdictions we wanted to force them on young kids. Or babies down to six-months-old.

Define "some."
Parents who go along with their scam are stupid or willfully ignorant. They are accessories to their children's sickness and murder.
“Some vaccinated children?” The ones it didn’t kill?
My position. NO childhood vaxes, at all. ANd for adults, minimum no flu or covid vax. Hep C vax may be useful for those likely to contact it via hospital work etc.

Big Pharma poisons people.
There is a big red flag in that the blog was talking about an article that purportedly shows that vaccinating children against Covid is useless, but did not provide any actual reference or link to the article. They did mention a journal name, and that turned out to be enough for me to find the article, since I have a lot of practice finding articles in the medical literature.
The article is titled, "Protection From COVID-19 Vaccination and Prior SARS-CoV-2 Infection Among Children Aged 6 Months–4 Years, United States, September 2022–April 2023."

Unfortunately, the article is behind a paywall. However, the abstract states, "To understand how coronavirus disease 2019 vaccines impact infection risk in children <5 years, we assessed risk of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection from September 2022 to April 2023 in 3 cohort studies. There was no difference in risk by vaccination status. While vaccines reduce severe disease, they may not reduce SARS-CoV-2 infections in naïve young children."
This does not mean that vaccination of young children is pointless. It DOES mean that vaccination decreased severe disease--which is a sufficient outcome of vaccination. And the finding that there was no difference in incidence of disease according to vaccine status might be more reflective of the fact that children are prone to frequent colds which can also produce an antibody response that is effective against Covid. Many colds are caused by coronaviruses, and there is considerable cross-reactivity of antibodies. This means that an antibody that recognizes one virus also recognizes similar viruses. A kid who had a bad cold two months ago might not catch Covid if exposed right now. The effect is similar to vaccination.
As for the claim that many countries in Europe do not recommend or provide Covid vaccines for young children, that is simply not true. The European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control most certainly recommends Covid vaccines for children. Both of the mRNA vaccines are recommended for children age 6 months and up. One of the protein vaccines is recommended for children age 12 years and up and the other for age 16 years and up.
Before posting a link to a blog such as this, I strongly recommend fact-checking. Especially where matters of health are concerned, especially since scammers rely on scientific illiteracy in order to both fear-monger and to sell useless nostrums.
