Brussels sprouts are good - but I would never boil them. I like them microwaved - they come out soft but not mushy. Just some butter, parmesan cheese and seasonings. Takes 10 minutes max (not counting cutting the stems off).
They’re good roasted in the oven on a sheet tray, in olive oil, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper. They get a little burned and black and crispy on the outside.
