When the beast appears on the scene officially his system will already be in place. All they will need to do is activate it and Revelation 13 will come to fruition.

It seemsthat system has already been built. They are already bragging that there is nowhere to hide from their technologies.

Notice they named it after “gaia” to show who they serve.
