At least not in the first 50, which is as far as I went. Yet that is a non commercial blog, which is actually owned by Google.

However, searching that title (in quotes) with Bing and it shows right up.

As with DuckDuckGo, and with Brave - which alone shows it as a top result (including via FR) without quotes.
