If Israel drops a bomb on a Syrian building and a Christian dies, would it be incorrect to say the person was “killed”? Would it be wrong to say “Israel killed them”?

But you would say that a virus killed a person or a tornado killed a person. But to drop a bomb on someone isn’t “killing them”.
