If you notice on the video, the one black male who went to stop the child, was prevented from doing so by others (mainly females) in the area. She has probably never had a father in her life and no one to strongly tell her “No. You can’t act that way”.
Yeah....no man very likely. She’s probably already been taught that the only thing a man is good for is to provide money for the baby mama.
