Journalists from mainstream media outlets are waiting in fear at the possibility that President-elect Donald Trump could drastically change the roster of media outlets that are allowed in the White House press briefing room.
As The Hill reports, the president-elect is actively considering revoking access for a number of mainstream media outlets in favor of independent and internet-based outlets, including podcasts.

But after what the “alternative media” did for Trump/us to win the election, they deserve the best. If for no other reason than to spread major butt hurt to the MSM. Let them see how it feels to be treated like the bastard child for a change. The worm has turned, and they need to be made aware.

They need to rethink how the press office is run. They should just be handing out White House policy decisions on paper. Constantly the press, no matter what side they support, are always asking some spokes person about a policy in way that will trip up the spokes person and they can have a big headline. “The White House spokes person states the President supports abortion” when they trip up on a word in a statement. It is called Gotcha journalism.

Personally I'd like to see DOGE do a thorough review of whether the White House Briefing Room and its proceedings are even necessary to the running of the government. Would anyone but Beltway drones even miss it if it went away?
T.V. News isn't where people get their news nowadays. The Joe Rogan Podcast along with the Dan Bongino podcast blow all the new networks away ratings wise.
Add in Benny Johnson, Valuetainment, YouTube, Rumble and X are where people get the REAL news and the TRUTH.
Propaganda Networks of old, ABC, CBS,NBC, MSNBC, they aren't top dog anymore.
