They not only know Christianity they’re going to have to explain to God why they chose to turn away from it
That’s accountability for those who think accountability is dead. It is not
‘Receiving the sacraments’ doesn’t necessarily mean one understands. A lot of that happens when one is too young to really understand in the first place, and at that point is a function of one’s family’s tradition, not the true volition of the child.
