A 100-year-old concentration camp guard dubbed last Nazi should stand trial accused of murdering 3,300 Holocaust victims, the German high court has ruled.
Gregor Formanek had successfully appealed a decision to put him on trial for the "cruel and treacherous killing" of victims at Sachsenhausen concentration camp, back in May. The Hanau Regional Court excused him from prosecution, based on medical evidence declaring that he had a "permanent incapacity to stand trial".
But now the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court has overturned that decision and sent the case back to Hanau for another hearing. This means that Formanek is likely to face trial early in 2025.
Born in Romania, Formanek was the son of a German-speaking master tailor and joined the SS in July 1943 as a member of the notorious Sachsenhausen battalion.
Set up in 1936, the camp was seen as a model training ground for Hitler's mass extermination of Jews. More than 200,000 prisoners passed through Sachsenhausen, notorious for its gas chambers and horrifying medical experiments.

He was 14 on the day Germany surrendered, how much power do you think the Jewish boy was welding in Nazi Germany at age 10, and 11, and 12, and 13, and 14?
If we have to fight space aliens and defeat them, you don’t think we should incorporate some of their cooperative greatest and superior scientists into their specialized research areas for us?
“I neffer killed anyvun. I vas yust giffing orders!”
I am amused by all the excuses for rescuing hard core Nazis and “cleansing” their war records.
The CIA has done a great job brainwashing the American public.
The “legend” of Soros is dated from just that period and centers on an incident where he was given a choice to go one way or another, and he chose to affirm the Nazi way b.c he could see that they were “winners”, at least for the time being....yes, it was symbolic more than anything else, but in light of the years as they subsequently unrolled, it is indicative of his character.

I’m amused at people who wanted to take all that America saving science from America and give it to the Communists.
Von Braun and his buddies sure did help get us started on the way to the Moon.
You understand wrong.
Here's some other stuff you should understand:
1. Germany plans to deport migrants guilty of anti-Semitism, while migrants who target white gentiles and Christians are no problem.
2. German police provide extra security for Jewish centers and synagogues, while white gentiles and Christians are left at the mercy of Muslims and Africans.
3. Jewish organizations in Germany support Muslims. I still remember hearing on KABC-AM in the mid 1990s that Germany restricted Turkish Muslim immigration. The Simon Wiesenthal Center denounced Germany for returning to its racist Nazi past. Stinging from Jewish criticism, Germany quickly rescinded the restriction.
Better late than never...
uh... I guess.
He was 12. He wasn’t making those kinds of decisions.
Stop fooling yourself. You are falling for a load of garbage.
They may pretend they don’t hate Jews, and only stab or rape the occasional German national or Christian—but Muslims lie as part of their ‘religion’. They’ll go after them at the first opportunity, and they’re officially a protected class. If you even discuss the real threat they represent, you go to jail. The seeds that became Nazi Germany are still there, waiting.
I have no problem with using them. But they should have worked from prison cells as long as they were useful. And then hanged. That Nazis like von Brain got to be treated as celebrities is disgusting. I remember seeing that pig on the Disney show when I was a kid. He should have been in prison garb.
Let me very clear—my issue is hypocrisy and lying.
I have no problem with American giving shelter to Nazis after the war if it was in our national security interest to do so.
I have major problems with lying about it to the American people—whether “cleansing” the records of those Nazis or claiming that “our Nazis” are good but “their Nazis” are bad.
If we had a strong story to tell then tell it—warts and all.
The virtue signaling on this issue is pathetic.
Some Wehrmacht soldiers did refuse to murder civilians. They were quietly transfered. So, yes, they could and did refuse such orders.
Correct answer.
There were a lot more that ended up hidden safely in defense contractors—with their Nazi past a secret within those organizations.
There were no stories to tell, obscure scientists were doing obscure work and the WWII generation was not getting filled with daily stories about those scientists having been German scientists during the war.
You need to do a lot more research.
Start with the books of Joseph P. Farrell:

Pick any of the books with “Nazi” in the title—amazing details in there.
“Nazi International” is probably the most on topic.
