I agree. How can you pardon someone for uncharged, non-specified crimes that occurred over a 10 year period?

It's bs...

Nixon's pardon was very broad. And on his way out the door, Bubba's attorney stepped to the mike and said Bubba would never be prosecuted for anything that occurred while in office.

But Hunter is, never was, never will be President and those cases are NOT precedence...and if Biden thinks they are...he's just doing as told.

Agree...the Pardon is only good for the charges on hand. And there's something else...he was never "sentenced". Last I heard, it's still an open case until one is sentenced. So I'm not sure the pardon is valid on its face.
