Wasn’t aware of that.

How close is it, as between the two substances?

Being that both cause admittedly cause blood glucose spikes.

Don’t have a number but am aware that folks who drink HCCS pop have a higher incidence of Type 2 diabetes than those who drink regular sugar pop. I had type 2 disappear after losing weight and not drinking HFCS POP. High Fructose CornSweetener
