Q ~ Trust Trump's Plan ~ 12/01/2024 Vol.502, Q Day 2591

Q has reminded us repeatedly that together, we are strong. As the false "narrative" is destroyed and the divisive machinery put in place by the Deep State fails, the fact that patriotism has no skin color or political party is exposed for all to see.

>Decide for yourself (be free from outside opinion).
>Decide for yourself (be objective in your conclusions).
>Decide for yourself (be true in your own beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be open to following the facts).
>Decide for yourself (be strong in defending your beliefs).
>Decide for yourself (be resistant to blindly accepting fact-less statements).
>Decide for yourself (be free)
Those who attack you.
Those who mock you.
Those who cull you.
Those who control you.
Those who label you.
Do they represent you?
Or, do they represent themselves (in some form)?
Mental Enslavement.
The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.
WWG1WGA!!!

Q

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

Where We Go 1, We Go All

It’s “plantar” wart, so called because it occurs on the plantar surface of your foot.

Oh! I didn’t know that. sad
Thanks
_________________________________________

It is sad and it’s tarnishing his legacy among Canadians who understand the dangers of Big Pharma. Gretzky earned almost $100 million in pay and endorsements during his career so he can’t be doing it for the money. I think he’s just a true believer. He’s been a strong conservative since he retired from hockey, openly supporting leaders such as Prime Minister Harper, President George Bush and President Trump. He even attended PDJT’s 2024 victory party. I hope that, once RFK exposes the pharma scams/dangers, Gretzky withdraws his endorsement of a vaccine that has questionable value in my mind, based on Pharma’s own literature. RSV is a virus and it’s generally accepted that virus transmissions are almost impossible to prevent and that time is often the best treatment for them once acquired. From Pharma’s literature:
“RSV is an infectious disease of the airways and lungs. RSV infection often causes symptoms similar to a cold, including:

cough
sore throat
sneezing
a runny or blocked nose

It can also make you become wheezy or short of breath and lead to pneumonia and other life-threatening conditions. There is no specific treatment, and most infections will get better by themselves. Every year thousands of older adults (75+ and those 60+ who are compromised) need hospital care for RSV, and some of them will die. RSV can be more severe in people with medical conditions such as heart or lung disease or a weakened immune system. RSV infection is common in young children but is most serious for small babies and for older people.”

Unfortunately, Pharma used covid to exploit our former trust in them to the point that it became abuse in my mind. They could be 100% right about the RSV vaccine, but I don’t trust anything they try to sell us any more. They had an ethical choice between protecting their customers and engaging in a depopulation effort that would be lucrative for them, and they chose wrong. The damage they’ve done to themselves and the medical profession can’t be overstated.

JUST IN: Pope Francis opens Holy Doors (Sacred Portal), marking the start of the 2025 Jubilee, a year of forgiveness, reconciliation, and spiritual renewal. Catholics who confess their sins during this time receive absolution, freeing them from eternal or spiritual punishment.

Happy Boxing Day, eh...
_______________________________________

Lol! You’ve got all the lingo down perfectly. There isn’t a definitive origin for “Boxing Day”, but most of us think that it came from the idea back in the “old country” that it was a day to prepare boxes of alms for the poor. In today’s terms, the most cynical might call it “regifting day” where you get rid of unwanted or unneeded items and all your leftovers. I hate it because I have to pay every member of my staff an extra day of pay for no particular reason except that I employ them (*sigh*). March 17, 2025, and that’s over for good.

Mixing honey with tumeric is a natural anti-biotic - worth a try for any skin problems I would think...

Failing that maybe a balm or consider if maybe direct or indirect contact with the covid vax - below for detox info

It's awful, isn't it? My brother has been dealing with debilitating sciatica ever since he took the jabs.

I do pilates 3x a week just to keep my back and hip in good shape. I fractured the femoral head in my hip joint when I was a kid, getting rolled over a fence while riding an off-track thoroughbred. I totally agree with you on trigger point therapy. I've got two trigger point balls of different sizes that I use. I also do foam rolling when my lower back gets out of whack. I tried the trigger point ball with my 85-year-old mom, using it on the glute up against a wall, but she wasn't able to use it. She also can't get up-and-down off the floor, so stretching is limited to what she can do in bed; better than nothing, but not the best solution. Heating pads were helping a lot, but the majority of the pain was on standing and after about a week, it centralized down the outside of her ankle and foot and was excruciating for her. Certain flexion of the hip would send shooting pain down the leg. X-rays determined the hip sockets were okay, although arthritic, so they are sending us to a spine specialist and possibly physical therapy, but nothing could be done until after the new year. She might eventually need injections.

They put my mom on muscle relaxants to take before bed. We started noticing that her pain was 10x worse in the morning, so a few days ago she decided to stop taking them, and the morning pain has been better since laying off the relaxers.

I started her on very light stretching immediately, and then her GP chewed me out for doing it, even though she had already had a CT scan. 🙄

Merry Christmas GW!

Yes, I've been using a vertical mouse for a while and it definitely helps, but it turned out that my desk and chair were the problem. I was using an adjustable height desk that gave me very limited 6x6 inch space for "mousing," and the limited area plus working 10-12 hour days at that time really kind of screwed up my elbow. So I got a new desk setup out of the deal and bought myself a new Henry Miller chair. Now I also switch between the vertical mouse and a Wacom tablet to change up my hand position.

This is the contraption I use to massage/press on points on my backside that sometimes cause issues. I put it up against the wall with one of the red ball things pointing out and lean on it. Usually, the trouble spot will make itself very known via pain.

I’m not sure this is the best solution, but it’s kept me away from the PT office for 3 years.

I’m not sure how your mom is physically. I have found chiropractic and stretching the best treatment for sciatica. I ended up in the ER with it once I was in such pain. Felt like my guts were the issue. My GI’s PA figured out it was my back! He sent me to the best guy who combines the manipulation with a regimen of stretching and exercise. I didn’t know how bound up i was until then. Have felt so much better since! Another friends mom was having sciatica. Dr. put her on muscle relaxants. After falling twice and breaking her tailbone they took her off. Ugh! Look for the stretches online. They have them for all physical abilities.

Here is my $0.02 worth ...

I first hurt my back in 1986 while yanking some stubborn grass with a rake. I saw a chiropractor a few times a year to maintain the pain level. It was not until the summer of 2007 that I first experienced the radiating pain down my leg - sciatica nerve.

That following October of 2007, I responded to late-night commercials for a decompression process called VAX-D. I performed an internet search to look for local doctors who performed that process and found one nearby.

I made an appointment with him. He took x-rays to confirm I was a candidate (if you have had any kind of fusion surgery or pins inserted, you cannot have decompression). He explained the whole process and for 22 sessions during the next five weeks, I had a session four times each week. His device was not a VAX-D machine but a competing product.

Each session lasted about a half hour. A foot-long velcro strap was placed around my waist and a chain was connected to the strap then I laid down on the table. The device uses a digital motor to gradually pull the chain. It is so subtle, I never felt the chain pull with the exception of a single small pop, which felt great. That was normal and he told me ahead of time that may happen.

After my first session, the pain down my leg disappeared. It came back an hour later. However, the processor keeps track of previous sessions and gradually increases the amount of tension applied for each session and after maybe a dozen sessions, the leg pain never returned. This process separates the natural spinal gaps and applies negative pressure to allow the gelatin material to revert back to its intended location. This then alleviates the irritation of the impacted nerve.

This is key ...

I have not had a visit to a chiropractor since. I purchased an inversion table from Teeter about 12 years ago and maintain my back health with that device. If you search, you can likely find a dealer in your area.

The downside is my health insurance did not cover the decompression procedure, so it was all out of pocket. I don't remember exactly but I believe it was a total of $4000-$4500 for the 22 sessions. At the time, the doc and others were working with hospitals and insurance companies to provide evidence that it was much more effective than invasive back surgery, so hopefully, in the last sixteen years, there have been some changes in insurance policy.

I have known several friends who experienced very negative results with back surgery and decided I would never go that route. Some of my friends' experiences turned out worse than before the surgery. The claim is that the decompression process experiences a 90-95% success rate. Also, in the unlikely event it does not work, there is no permanent impact to your back and you can proceed with alternative options if you choose. The decompression treatment was a huge blessing for me.

God Bless.
