SCOTUS ruled a long time ago that it is the duty of all citizens to co-operate with congress.
Congress has rules that give it the authority to compel to produce backed up by the SCOTUS ruling.
The problem is, will DOJ act if congress makes a contempt referral ?
That said, will the new congress look backwards and pursue any of Pres. Biden’s admin and people’s shenanigans.
I’m guessing they will and they probably shouldn’t. Let the DOJ handle it.
