Does Harris paying Sharpton not make the interview a campaign finance issue? Or, more specifically, a campaign commercial that should have concluded with the candidate statement “I’m Cackles and I approve this message?”

On Tuesday, MSNBC said it was “unaware” that Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign paid $500,000 to Sharpton’s National Action Network nonprofit ahead of a friendly interview with the Democratic nominee just weeks before the election. If they found out Tuesday why was he not fired the same day? I did not think MSNBC reputation could go any lower but Sharpton achieved a new low for MSWNBC.
When and if Elon Musk buys MSNBC perhaps he will call it XBT, "X Broadcasting Truth".

Sounds like Congress needs to take a look at Al Stepnfetch’s “charity”.

The reason it was “a ‘bridge too far’ for MSNBC colleagues” is because THEY didn’t get any of it.
Also, why did they keep raising money when they knew she was going to lose? Trying to get it close enough to steal. If not the presidency, the down-ballot races. (See California).
