Agree......hopefully they go back to the name. But I get it......”commanders” was probably as close as they could to something remotely resembling the original without the wokers getting their pretty panties in a knot.
I call them the “Washington Commies.”
I guess “Braves” is already taken.
Eventually they will try to change the name of “Washington”.
I even heard some liberal commentators choosing to call them, “The Nations Capital Football Team”
