Isn’t Hochul one of the lockdown tyrants?
People of her state must really love being incarcerated.
Maybe make it retroactive to the Garden of Eden...
All of the other laws that involve morality (murder, dishonesty, theft, etc.) are Biblically-based, too.
“”I know that people often have complex relationships,” Hochul said.””
No real problems in NY State to tackle?
If she was my woman, I think I’d be cheating on her already.
In related news, Hochul will be passing a new law requiring all New York women to pay a $25 tax for each sex act they perform on their husband and boyfriends from now on. No tax on tips though.
Sincerely, pyramid hand sign guy.
Jobe’s spikes are the best cure for adultery
Yes and no.
I would agree that common sentiment about adultery in North America comes from biblically based religious sentiment - that adultery is a sin.
However, that does not mean that when considered rationally, that for the benefit of society adultery, and its social disruption, flows against the building of successful family units, and a higher ratio of successful family units to unsuccessful ones has proven, in every society, to produce greater social stablity and greater economic safety for the family units as well as greater economic stability and success for society.
Therefor, even minus any religious text, there is sound reason for society to frown on adultery, and make it a crime as well. Shunning has a role in behaviour and increasing the behaviors opposite of that which is shunned. When dealing with improving society, that is a good.
“complex relationships”
Is this like complex numbers/math?
Lol.
New York has already decriminalized murder.
Justifiable homicide is still punished however.
I’d say she’s not even a biological woman.
DemoRats. The party of all sexual immorality.
As ugly as she is maybe she thinks this will lead to a romantic interlude for her.
Just our Deep State.
What about before 1907? Why did they pass the law at that particular time? It’s not like people didn’t think adultery was wrong in the 19th century.
Something’s up....So who is/was suing using adultery for the grounds. It’s been used as grounds for divorce a bazillion times.
We can’t afford the cost of incarceration.
Funny, didn’t they use biblically based moral code to force out Andy Cuomo so she could be governor?
