“I just don’t believe in coincidences.”

I do. Coincidences can happen. The 2nd hijacking could have been a copycat crime or the same guy could have done both. It is hard to believe a guy would push his luck and do a 2nd one but there are cases of robbers continuing to rob banks after getting away with it. So it happens.

I understand the main reason the FBI didn’t think McCoy did the 1st one is because the eyewitnesses said McCoy wasn’t the one when shown his photo. One would think those eyewitnesses would clearly remember the face of a hijacker.
Sure eye witnesses can be wrong but that seems strange to me.

Let’s see if they get any new hard evidence. I’m not convinced they have solved it yet.

Actually, eyewitnesses are documented to be highly unreliable.
