Getting at least 600 IU/day of Vitamin D was able to reduce blood pressure in order people with low vitamin D levels.
The blood pressure drop was up to 4 mm of Hg systolic and 3 diastolic.

For other health reasons, I have blood tests every six months. For this reason, I monitor my Vitamin D levels as my doctor routinely includes the test. When COVID-19 recommendations came from non-government sources, one of them recommended ensuring higher D levels. I ended up titrating my Vitamin D supplementation until it met those recommended levels, and maintain my supplementation to this day. I had COVID-19 before it had a name; haven't had it since. And without any known mRNA poisoning.

Didn’t work for me...gave me kidney stones.
No D+calcium and have been stone free for years.
Fortunately BP is ok...

I note it’s fat older people.
Fat is biologically active and consumes Vitamin D. Lots of studies show obese people require more vitamin D because the fat robs the body of its supply.

Unless you have a blood test, you will never know if your are above 45 (minimum).
It took me 7,000 iu per day to get into a better range 56.
