I have collected the following, I will assemble it some weekend soon :-)
Read up on Intel CPU bug before purchasing a new Intel CPU.
I studied and still got the Intel part but I am biased.
If you don’t like Intel CPU, AMD makes fine products too
If you don’t like AMD GPU, Nvidia makes fine products too
For Blender an Intel motherboard CPU/GPU will do fine.
Double the RAM to 192G :-) ‘will be slower than just 2 sticks’
I consider this list as being a bit conservative. Put another way, a good value for money invested.

I selected the GPU for PCI passthru to win7 so it’s not bleeding edge.
I run Linux Slackware _AND_ can run win7(at the same time) in a VM and pass the PCIe AMD GPU to the VM so I can play games while my Linux desktop and programs remain undisturbed. :-)
I also Blend :-)
I have made an Age(~2 decades ago) for the game URU with Blender.
I also use Blender for NonLinearEditing(NLE) of video files.
Blender is amazing for video editing too, lol.
Blender was a lotta fun but I was always limited. doing a fly thru in a structure was next to impossible without a glitch or stutter. and rendering was/is always slow for multiple floors for example.
never tried it for video editing. I was always content with plain old videopad!
ya and 2k+ is a tad much... i’m gonna try to squeak it by with about maybe $1,200...
