Personally I think the best way these women can signal that they are not a Trump voter is to get an image of Trump with a big red "X" over it tattooed to their foreheads.
This will unmistakeably signal to the rest of us that they did not vote for Trump. They will be easy to spot in crowds, on subways, supermarkets, etc.
