Hmmm. Interesting. I'll have to give some thought to that.

Thx.

Here's an update of what I have learned about the drone sightings at RAF Lakenheath and other bases:

There have been several civilian reports and observations regarding the drone incursions, particularly from aviation enthusiasts and local residents.

Here are the key points:

Drone Sightings: Civilians, including aircraft spotters, have reported seeing various types of drones, specifically quadcopters and octocopters, which appear to be more sophisticated than typical consumer models. These sightings have occurred around RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall, RAF Feltwell, and recently RAF Fairford since November 20, 2024.

Photographic Evidence: While specific photos from civilians have not been widely circulated in the media, there are indications that enthusiasts have captured images of the drones during their flights. The reports suggest that these drones were actively monitored by both military aircraft and local law enforcement during the incursions.

Community Engagement: Online communities of aviation enthusiasts have been actively discussing the sightings. Some members have used radio scanners to listen to communications between pilots and air traffic controllers regarding the drones. However, there has been a push within these communities to avoid sharing operationally sensitive information that could aid those flying the drones.

Military Response: F-15E Strike Eagles from RAF Lakenheath have been deployed in response to the incursions, with reports indicating they utilized targeting pods to monitor drone activity. This military engagement has also been observed by spotters who noted increased aerial activity in the area during the incidents.

Overall, while there are reports of civilian observations and potential photographic evidence of the drones, specific images or detailed accounts from individuals remain limited in public discourse. The situation continues to evolve as military and law enforcement agencies work to address these incursions.

The greater the distance, the greater the chance for error as everything in the universe is moving. If Skunkworks is involved, they are concentrating on small distances first. Folding space would allow a person to literally take a step and be on the other side planet or the other side of the universe. Miss by a few kph on the velocity of the comparative objects and you are 5000 feet above the earth or 5000 feet below the surface. Neither is good.
