Possible reasons I can come up with

1. Complete fabrication by Whoopi
2. Demanded it for free since she's a celebrity.
3. Wanted it delivered all the way to Manhattan.
4. Wanted a huge order on short notice.
5. They've dealt with her before and she got on the "No donut for you!” list.
6. Her endocrinologist called them first.

Which means you do not accept a large order because you MAY (or may not) be able to deliver.
