Someone has to BEAR responsibility for it.

They stupidly had a person dressed as a bear damaging their own pricey luxury cars
in a bid to defraud insurance companies. They were arrested in California on Nov 13.
L/e should also investigate how these foreign lamebrains
got tens of thousands of dollars to buy luxury cars.
