Cooked collard greens, kale are just as green n leafy and nutrient dense as watercress. And about one tenth the price. Autumn is prime time (inexpensive) for kale and collards, and they taste best now, with the cool and soon to be colder temperatures.

We cook kale with turnip green or collards or mustards.

They have little flavor of their own so they take on the flavor of the other greens, so it’s like a Greens Amplifier!..........
