that’s nice but
I haven’t seen a single issue of Time Magazine (nor do I particularly miss it, ha!)
in MANY years.
Not on newstands.
and not even in the used magazine rack in the doctor’s waiting room where all other worthless magazines go after they’re all pawed over and torn up (!!!!!!!!)

FYI: Nobel Prize, a.k.a. the dynamite prize.

Dynamite is an explosive made of nitroglycerin, sorbents (such as powdered shells or clay), and stabilizers. It was invented by the Swedish chemist and engineer Alfred Nobel in Geesthacht, Northern Germany, and was patented in 1867.

Alfred Bernhard Nobel (noh-BEL,Swedish:[ˈ lfrɛdnʊˈbɛlː]; 21 October 1833 – 10 December 1896) was a Swedish chemist, inventor, engineer and businessman. He (Alfred Nobel) is known for inventing dynamite as well as having bequeathed his fortune to establish the Nobel Prize.

For those who may not know the history behind the Nobel Prize. Criticism of Nobel focuses on his leading role in weapons manufacturing and sales. Some people question his motives in creating his prizes, suggesting they are intended to improve his reputation.

When his brother (Ludvig) died and all of the world newspapers said numerous bad things about Alfred Bernhard Nobel, (thinking he had just died, when in fact it was his brother, Ludvig) such as Murder, War Monger, Dynamite killer, ‘Merchant of death’ etc., it was then he came up with the Nobel Prize. And now you know the rest of the story about the first WOKE prize for the elites.

Nonetheless, he {Alfred Bernhard} found out what others thought of his invention when, in 1888, his brother Ludvig died. Though some journalistic error, Alfred’s obituary was widely printed instead, and he was scorned for being the man who made millions through the deaths of others. One French newspaper wrote “Le marchand de la mort est mort,” or “the merchant of death is dead.” The obituary went on to describe Nobel as a man “who became rich by finding ways to kill more people faster than ever before.”

Indeed. The unhealthiest place in town (aside maybe from a certain burger stand with Golden Arches) is the hospital

I appreciate them and patronize them when needed

But recall once the waiting room was full of obviously sick folks. The nurse came out thru the double doors and called a mister Smith in to the doctors. A few minutes later another nurse came out— all bundled up in a space suit and masks— and asked where had Smith been sitting. The crowd of sickies pointed. Nurse went over to that chair and sprayed the hell out of it. Top sides bottom every which way. When her csns of spray finally ran out, she returned to the inner sanctum behind the double green doors without saying a single further word. And we never saw patient Smith ever again.

Everyone was left wondering-/ what terrible communicable disease did Smith have? Anthrax? Botulism? Typhoid? Or something else??

Needless to explain, it was quite anwhile until I revisited there.

Smiles

“That and the Nobel Prize-fat chance.”

He might become a Nobel Prize Laureate preemptively for what he is GOING to do as POTUS . . .

Nobel Prize? He should make them give it to them and then give him a what for. He can embarrass them for putting hi in the same company as Yasser Arafat and a few others.
