Bro, besides the obvious, what helps with weight loss.
Head injury now over 17 years ago and I put on a LOT the 5 years after.
Haven’t gained or lost since.
It’d be great if there were natural things to take to curb the hormones that drive appetite.
Hope you are well :)
My friend, you likely need more fiber.
Start getting psyllium and having five grams of it about 15-20 minutes before eating. Additionally, swap out all normal bread for keto-type bread. Try Sola Bread or Sola Blu-berry bagels. Also, consider trying Hero bread. There are other brands, but you have to keep the inulin fiber levels low. If these don’t work, try others.
Increase your fiber to at least 38 grams a day, but no more than 50. Men up to 50 are supposed to get 38 grams a day. I added mine up and realized I was getting about 18 grams a day, before.
You need psyllium and modified or resistant wheat starch-type fiber, both. The latter lets the bacteria in your gut make substances to help heal and normalize some body functions, through your blood. Psyllium helps in separate ways.
Cut down on all of your simple sugars and starches, in favor of lower carb, but tasty, veggies. Even green peas are a great option. Put olive oil and a bit of salt on them after microwaving. Yum! These have a very low Glycemic Index number and have additional fiber.
Stop drinking drinks you have to have too sweetened. Try Enlightened ice yogurt bars for a dessert.
Try to get more active, too. Any activity helps.
Try fasting, as well.
