1)Demand all federal employees preserve all their emails and other records.
2) Any federal employee in DEI (Didn’t Earn It) jobs who wish to resign on January 20 will be paid through the end of the fiscal year. Of course, any other federal employe

The more self-deportees the better. Any employer that really wants to go to bat for his employee should be able to put in a bond. I think citizens panels can verify if someone is gainfully employed and allow them to stay without leaving and returning. It’s not convenient to the government or the employer.
An Article V convention to enshrine term limits in the constitution should scare the heck out of American citizens who know it can runaway and turn into our worst nightmare.

A message to those employees willing to quit on Jan. 20 should be put out. You got 10 weeks to prepare. Those that are unwilling to quit will find out if they will be surplussed regardless. They can take a years pay or work that year and be laid off.

I also hope that he can do what he said he would do, but do so smartly, not haphardously. Take things slow, but also reverse every EO Biden did with his executive orders the day he took office when he reversed Trumps EO's.
I would also like to see the Keystone Pipeline constructing restarted, finished and operational, end the moratoriums on drilling and fracking, and open up Alaska to more drilling. And of course, get that wall built and start removing the illegal immigrant criminals in the US.

It also scared the heck out of Americans on the issue of Slavery . This is why for this critical problem it ended up being solved by a bloody war instead. At wars end the Constitution got amended anyways. It got rid of slavery but opened up a new Pandora's Box of problems.

Amen. A fair election with re-registering eligible voters who vote on paper on Election Day (some small exceptions made for military/infirm/etc) will go a long way to making Article V convention unnecessary.
