workers knew enough to document. they knew it was wrong or it was an easy way to get credit for an investigation without doing it.

As bad as having a house destroyed in a hurricane, having two G-men show up at my door afterwards, even if they say “I’m from the government, and I’m here to help”, is still FAR WORSE.
