First act, no mail in ballots, no early voting more than a week before. Fire everyone walking down to district heads.

Probably baring him from serving on any committee with access to confidential intelligence would be in effect not just a censure but very strategic. Is there a parks and recreation committee ? They need to put him there.

Release all j6 non violent prisoners then start an investigation into J6 and everyone else in prison unjustly. Start with Liz Chaney.

How about PACKING THE SUPREME COURT. Same as the Democrats want to do, but add 100 justices, then have the Supreme Court declare that Congress packing the courts is UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
So the Dems can never hold that specter over us again.

Bear in mind this will be a RINO senate lead by a RINO so don’t get too excited until the ‘compromisers’ do something for the nation rather than themselves or foreign countries.

AFATGK, Schiff confined his outrageous lying to when he was enjoying immunity from suit or criminal prosecution by virtue of acting as or being a CongressCritter.
It’s sleazy but not illegal.
And it has quite an historical pedigree.

Since he is in the Senate now the wording changes...
Powers and Procedures
Article I, section 5, of the U.S. Constitution provides that "Each House [of Congress] may determine the Rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds, expel a member."
Censure is a form of discipline used by the Senate against its members (sometimes referred to as condemnation or denouncement). A formal statement of disapproval, a censure does not remove a senator from office. Since 1789 the Senate has censured nine of its members
