Probably baring him from serving on any committee with access to confidential intelligence would be in effect not just a censure but very strategic. Is there a parks and recreation committee ? They need to put him there.
I agree that not allowing him on any committees would be a first good step. Next they should challenge his bonafides because he is registered to vote in two states!!!!
