Philly’s a mix bag, and I saw that tweet with the long line in Philly, but I’ve also seen short Philly lines. Rurals have all been long.

Drive by observation in southern Wisconsin, heavy traffic at two polling locations. Took wifey to doctor appointment and noticed packed parking lot with vehicles lining the road to get in at two rural locations out side of Janesville at 8 am.
