Define test.

I am not being snarky. There are different governing bodies running these sports. Some test testosterone. Some do genetic tests. Some do visual tests.

At the Olympic level, they rely on the governing body for that sport.

In short, they all get tested. It’s just the tests are different. There is no “Olympic” standard.

Well looks like in this day and age we need a chromosome test. That does not change no matter what body parts you have taken off or added to.

They don't all get tested, though.

An athlete is only tested if that athlete starts winning and someone becomes suspicious.

Other boxers had beaten Khalif, who wasn't tested until beating a Russian boxer.

All athletes should be tested before they are allowed to compete. Then, only biological females would be admitted.
